Info Used for Costuming & Program Photos. Photo upload required to submit. Send us a photo that is mid chest up with space above head, a headshot, or school photo. We will edit all photos to be the same crop. Phone photos with plain backgrounds are acceptable.
When you submit, the form will go blank and you will see a small confirmation 
message on the bottom of the page.
Please note, once costume design is complete, cast members may be requested to bring base pieces of their own clothes. Artistic team will provide direction on this based on character and scene.
